A little bit about us and our service

Who are we?

We are NW Payroll and have been in the payroll processing and bureau service since 1997. CopyPaySlips.com was born to provide employees with a inexpensive and quick way of getting proof of income or duplicate payslips and P60's. The initial idea was for a wholly online service; you ordered, paid and printed your payslips or P60 online, which we achieved, but we also added emailed and posted out payslips as additional service options.

Our 100% online service is unique, as far as we know no other web site offers this service. From start to finish usually takes no longer than 10 minutes. No waiting for the post to arrive, no costly postal options to get it to you the next morning. Our 100% online copy payslips service allows you to print you payslips straight away, no waiting, no fuss and no extra charge.

What do we do?

We have over 300 bureau client's that we produce weekly, fortnightly, four weekly and month payroll and payslips for. The software we use and the payslips we produce for them is exactly the same as we use for the payslips and P60's that we post out to you. Check out our main web site nwpayroll.com and have a look at the payslips on it, you'll notice that they are the same. We use Sage Payroll, the industry standard, for the processing we do in our offices and we have a bespoke processing system that we use online.

Many copy payslip services seem to want to force you to believe that they are genuine, reliable and a whole load of other things, by throwing phrases at you that can be written by anyone. We don't, we leave it up to you to come to your own decision. At the end of the day gut feelings are usually the best signpost. The ones worried about not being seen as genuine are usually the ones that aren't!

How does our service compare to others?

We are unique in that we are the only 100% online copy payslips provider. As far as we know all other sites have to post out the payslips to you. As we can do everything online our costs are less than most others.

Most other sites have to buy in Sage payslips, we don't have to as we have our own specially designed and printed payslips that we use for our bureau clients. Anybody can buy in Sage Payslips and over print them but only a few have their own payslips printed. We save money by having our own payslips, we pass this saving on to you.

Most other services make an extra charge for every bit of extra information you want on the payslip, we don't, there are no extra charges to include any of the information that you can enter yourself. What you see is what you get with no shocks when you see the cost!
