What will you see on your P60
All P60's contain the following information:
- Employers Name
- Employers Address
- Employers PAYE Tax Reference
- Tax year date
- Your first and last name
- Your address
- Your works number or reference
- Your National Insurance number
- Breakdown of National Insurance contributions
- National Insurance table
- Total employee National Insurance contributions
- Statutory Maternity, Paternity & Adoption Pay
- Student Loan deductions
- Previous & current employment taxable payments
- Total of taxable payments
- Previous & current employment tax deducted
- Total of tax deducted
- Life assurance contributions
- Tax code
Landscape P60's also include the following information:
- Tax office name
- Your gender
All of the above are included as standard, unlike many others who charge for every additional item other than the basic details.
Types of copy P60's available
We have two styles of P60 delivered to you in three different ways
- Print online
- The online P60 that you print out yourself is HMRC's standard design portrait P60 and is only available in one colour. We use high quality graphic backgrounds to ensure that the print quality is as good as your printer can poduce.
- By emailed PDF
- The emailed PDF P60 that you print out yourself is HMRC's standard design portrait P60 and is only available in one colour. These P60's produce a very high quality print on almost any printer so are suitable for almost every purpose.
- Laser printed landscape P60
- Laser over printed on HMRC landscape P60 forms, the same P60's we use for our bureau service with over 300 clients. Only available in blue and is used by the vast majority of small businesses.
Copy P60 extras
There are no extras that we charge for so that you can get the copy P60 you want. Everything that can go on our P60 goes on as standard.
