Making your payment

Payment is so easy

All payments are made online and are processed on our behalf by one of the UK's oldest, safest and most secure online payment processors. Contact details for them are available at the time of making your payment. Payment is part of the ordering process, once you have entered your details and completed your order you will be taken to the payment screen; a few clicks later your payment will be confirmed and your copy payslips will be available to print or your details will be sent to our office for processing.

Pay by credit or debit card

All major credit and debit cards are accepted and you don't have to have an existing account with them as one is automatically setup for you with your first payment. Your card details are never passed to us, all we ever receive is confirmation that the payment has been made and some security details for our mutual protection. If you do not have an existing account with them you will need to get your card authorised; this is done by sending a code to your mobile phone which you then enter in to the payment screen, this is only ever done once per card.

Non card payments

Our payment processor also accepts many other methods of payment but it may take longer for the payment to be processed and you will have to open an account with them to pay this way. Opening an account with them is simple and straight forward and can be up and running in no time at all.

Payment security

As payment is made via a payment processor your card details linked to your payment are not known by us. To ensure that the payment you have agreed to make is the actual payment made an email is sent to you from the payment processor confirming all your payment details. Should you disagree with the payment you can dispute it directly with them. The only details we receive regarding your payment are things like transaction ref, amount, currency type, time and date of payment etc and a few security details that enable us to provide you with the service you have requested. If our online system is unable to confirm your payment deatils you will be asked to contact us so that we can complete your order.

Problems with payment

If our system does not confirm that the payment has been made and you have received a payment confirmation email please call us. At very busy times it can sometimes take longer than the 30 seconds that we allow for the payment confirmation to be sent, typically it takes less than two seconds for payment confirmation to be received by us. Call us with in five days as your details will automatically be deleted after a week.

If, for whatever reason, your payment is not completed we will send you an email that will enable you to restart the payment process. However, this must be done with in five days as your details will be automatically deleted after one week.

Making payments directly to us

We do not take payments over the phone or in any other manner except via the web site. The online payment procedure must be completed before the system will release your order.
