How to order
Placing your order is done quickly and easily online by choosing the design of payslip you like and how you would like it delivered to you from the order page or from the quick choice page.

If you're ordering online payslips do a test print. Next, just enter a few personal and salary details to be shown on your payslips then confirm that everything is correct.

After just a few minutes you're already nearly done, next step is to make your payment and get your payslips.
Making payment
Payment is made once you've confirmed the details for your payslips. Payment can be made either straight away or at anytime within seven days by logging back in to your account.

Our payment partner will need your name, address, mobile number and card details, then, as a one off security measure, an authorisation code will be sent to your mobile phone which will need to be confirmed to finalise the payment.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted and payment is made using state of the art encryption and security. No card or personal details are passed on to us by our payment partner. More details on making your payments can be found on our payments page.
Payslip delivery
Although other methods of delivery are available the main, quickest and cheapest way is to get them online.

Once you've made your payment your payslips and/or P60 will be automatically displayed on screen ready for you to print out straight away.

Make sure you do a test print before you order to make sure that everything prints ok. You can reprint as many times as you like.

We can also deliver your payslips by email or post.
Print online
Once your payment has been received you payslips and P60 will be displayed on screen, select the payslip to print, click 'print'; your payslip will be printed from a popup screen. Repeat this for each payslip and P60.

As your payslips are ready as soon as your payment has been made there is no waiting at all. All you need is a printer to get high quality payslips straight away. You can get more information about our online delivery from the delivery page.

To make sure you can print out your payslips ok before ordering use our test print page. Online delivery is the most popular and cheapest of all our payslips and P60's.
Email delivery
Once your payment has been made your order is sent to our offices and we process and produce your payslips and P60 which we then put in a PDF file and email to your inbox.

All orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day, we aim to to complete your order within an hour or so but always before we close for the day. You can get more information about our email PDF delivery from the delivery page.

To print from the PDF file you will need a PDF reader; Adobe is a free PDF reader and can be downloaded from the Adobe web site.
Postal delivery
Our standard and free postal delivery is by Recorded Delivery, this may take between one and three days to arrive and will require a signature on delivery.

If this is not quick enough we can dispatch by Guaranteed Next Day Delivery before 9pm or 1pm as well as Saturday before 1pm all of which require a signature on delivery.

For same day despatch your order needs to be completed by 3pm. All our postal delivery methods can be tracked via the Royal Mail web site; we will email your tracking number on despatch as well as placing it in your account. Personal details
Very little personal information is required for your payslips or P60. For both we require just your full name, NI number and gender. A delivery address is required if you order postal payslips and there are a few other things that are not mandatory but can be added to your payslips and P60 if you want to.

Payment details
The only pay information we need for both payslips and P60's is your yearly salary, for payslips we also need the date that the first payslip should start from. Optionally, to help us better calculate year to date amounts and use the correct type of tax code, your start date may be entered.

Company details
Very little company or employer information is required for your payslips and P60. For both we require just your company or employer's name and for P60's we also require your employers PAYE tax ref. There are a few other things that are not mandatory but can be added to your payslips and P60 if you want to.

Terms & Conditions

The services we offer are provided under the following terms and conditions

This service is for legal purposes only

Any documents that CopyPaySlip.com (we/us) produce as a result of our client or customer (you/your) using any of the services available from the CopyPaySlip.com web site (this/the web site) are to be used for legal purposes only and are not to be used for any fraudulent purpose or financial gain.

All the documents we produce for you have been done so by your specific request and are produced based on the information you supplied via the web site and that you confirmed to be correct. We accept the information that you provide as being a true and correct representation of your employment pay details and we can't be held responsible for any false information that you provide.

Pricing and payment

The cost of the service you order, including any optional items, is offered at the price shown. Failure to pay the correct amount will result in your details not being sent to our offices or being processed by the web site. Refunds of incorrect payments must be requested within five working days and will be subject to a £7.50 handling charge. There are no extra taxes, supplements, surcharges or hidden costs. In all cases payment must be made online via our payment page for the full amount due. We do not accept payment through our offices or directly to our bank account.

Refusing orders

We reserve the right not to accept or fulfil and to cancel your order at any time without giving a reason. We have measures in place to prevent the fraudulent payments, should your order be of concern due to these measures we may contact you for confirmation or we may refuse your order. All payment refunds under these circumstances will be made in full within two working days.

Receipt of your order for delivery by email or post

Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 3pm Monday to Thursday will be processed the following day. Orders placed after 3pm Friday and before 3pm Monday will be processed on Monday. No processing is carried out on a Bank Holiday. The time and date an order is placed will be determined by the time and date of the notification message sent to our offices by the web site (an email is sent to you at the same time).

Delivery

All orders for delivery online will be processed and made available immediately after payment is made. You will have legally accepted delivery of your order once you click through to view your order from the payment confirmation screen. You may postpone legal delivery of your order by clicking the 'Not now' button on the payment confirmation screen, when you next log in to your order you will automatically be accepting legal delivery of your order. If you can't access your order online we must be advised within five working days of placing your order.

Orders for delivery by email will only be sent to the email address that your order confirmation was sent to. Orders are usually completed within a few hours of receipt. Your order will be contained within a single PDF file. A free PDF reader is available from the Adobe web site. If you don't receive your order we must be advised within five working days of placing your order.

Orders for delivery by post will be mailed out by your chosen method; Recorded Delivery is free and standard but quicker options are available for an extra charge. Full details of the delivery options, costs and delivery times are available via the 'Delivery' menu option. If you do not receive your order within three working days for Recorded Delivery or by the specified delivery day/time for other delivery options we must be notified within five working days of placing your order. Once notified we will run a trace on the package and, providing the trace shows that no attempt has been made to deliver the package by Royal Mail, we will re-send your order using the same delivery method free of charge.

Orders reported as not received after five working days from placing your order will be treated as a new order.

No postal delivery is available to non UK addresses. If a postal option is selected for a non UK address the order will be delivered by email and no refund will be given for the difference in cost.

Postal delivery will be made to the delivery address you have advised us of, if no delivery address is specified the employee address will be used for delivery purposes. If no delivery or employee address is entered then we will deliver your order by email and no refund will be made.

Refusing delivery

If you refuse delivery of your order by post or online we may refund your payment less an administration fee of £7.50. For postal deliveries the envelope must not have been signed for and, when the envelope is returned to us, it must not have been opened, damaged or otherwise tampered with. For online delivery you must have postponed the delivery by clicking the 'Not now' button on the payment confirmation page and not have logged in at any time after making payment.

Suitability

Orders are accepted based on the understanding that you are aware of the purpose of the items you are ordering and that they are suitable for the purpose that you require of them. No refund can be made once delivery has been made and you find that your order is not suitable for your purposes.

Privacy

We respect your moral and legal privacy and have in place a comprehensive privacy policy, details of which can be found via the 'Privacy' menu option. We adhere to the Data Protection Act and other privacy regulations. We never send out marketing information to any of our customers by any means. All information that you send to us is treated in the strictest confidence and is never passed on to any third party. Any order that has not been paid for is automatically deleted after one week.

Complaints

Official complaints must be made in writing to our office address but must be preceded by either a message from our web site or telephone call on our local rate number within five working days of placing the order. We are a web based service and keep our costs down by dealing with as many things as possible either via the web site or by email and, whilst this may seem a little impersonal, we have found that this is the quickest way to resolve a problem and maintain our high standards of service. If your order is not satisfactory for any reason you must notify us within five working days of placing your order otherwise it will be deemed that the order is correct and has been fully accepted.

It is an offence to supply false information that relates to your employment or salary.
Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of these terms and conditions.
